Hello I m sad to say I am an ex employee of salon located in Eastvale ,ca.I say sad because I recently put my notice in my decision alone.The salon could be GREAT but due to poor management team I truly do not see it being a success,As long as the same management is there that salon will continue to fail.Very disappointing considering the location is awesome and clientele are wonderful.The year that I worked there i witness over and over terrible costumer service I never in my 13 years as a stylist have seen what goes on at that salon.THat salon could have been a gold mine.Had I been given the opportunity to manage I would fire the manager and her two assistance.The problem is strictly the management not the stylist,I feel so sad for them they are in a position where they have to stay,I thank God that I have other resources I no longer want to be connected to that salon in fear of tarnishing my reputation as a professional stylist
